30-day returns
If your faucet isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In its original packaging, with all parts, hoses and instructions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on faucets that have been installed or connected to water. Installed faucets with a defect are covered by our 2-year warranty instead.
How to return
- Email us at harrywh828@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please don't send anything before you hear from us.
- We'll reply with your return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the faucet securely in its original box, put a note with your order number inside, and ship it with tracking.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping. If the faucet arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping or send a replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Exchanges
To swap a finish or model, return the original for a refund and place a new order. That's the fastest way to get the faucet you want.
