2-year warranty
Every Aurelium faucet is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of delivery, under normal residential use. If a part fails in that time, we'll send a replacement part or, if the faucet can't be repaired, a replacement faucet.
What's covered
- Faucet bodies, spouts and handles
- Ceramic cartridges and valves (leaks and drips)
- Pull-down hoses and spray heads
- Finish defects such as peeling or flaking under normal use
- Sensor modules on touchless faucets
What's not covered
- Damage from incorrect installation, freezing or water pressure above 80 psi
- Damage from abrasive or acidic cleaners, scouring pads or bleach
- Mineral scale from hard water (clean aerators regularly)
- Batteries, and normal wear on aerators and washers
- Commercial use. For commercial or multi-unit projects, contact us before ordering to confirm warranty terms.
How to make a claim
Email us with your order number, a short description of the problem, and a photo or video. We'll reply within one business day with next steps. You don't need to send the faucet back unless we ask.
Caring for your finish
Wipe with a soft cloth, warm water and mild dish soap, then dry. That's all any of our finishes need.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under provincial consumer protection law.
