Free shipping across Canada
Standard shipping is free on every order shipped to a Canadian address, with no minimum spend. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 3 to 7 business days of payment. You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days. From the day you order, allow 10 to 22 business days in total. Delivery to remote and northern addresses can take longer. If you need a faucet by a specific date for a renovation or build, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm what's possible.
Where your order ships from
Our faucets ship directly from the manufacturers and warehouses we work with, so they reach you without sitting in an extra stockroom. Faucets in the same order can come from different warehouses, so they may arrive separately with their own tracking numbers.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your faucet when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, email us at harrywh828@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we'll send a replacement or part at no cost.
